The whole school have been learning all about Diwali through a dance workshop. Here Year 1 practised a range of movements including jumping up like a firework.
Nursery class have been exploring and finding shapes all around them and creating their own pictures using 2D shapes.
Reception have been learning to sort and group different objects using their fruits and vegetables.
As part of learning about online safety, Year 5 and 6 have created their own computer games to teach others about how to keep themselves safe when online.
The Worship and Well- being Ambassadors led their first ever collective worship around the theme of generosity and what this value means at Harvest time.
Year 3 and 4 had a Roman day with a visitor from Hertford Museum. They even made their own shields and created a phalanx!
Year 5 also took part in a history workshop with Hertford museum, exploring a range of artefacts.
In Year 2, children have been using models to show how they can add together tens and ones.
