The School Day
Nursery
- Nursery starts at 8:35am and finishes at 11:45am.
Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- 8:30am- Gates open.
The main gate opens and parents and children can come on site
KS2 are encouraged to walk from the gate to their class independently.
- 8:35am- Learning begins
Class doors open
Learning activities begin
- 8:45am- Registers are taken
- 8:45am - Gates close
This is end of arrival time.
The school gate closes and we ask that all parents leave the site promptly.
Children arriving after this time should come to the School Office with their parent and will be marked 'Late - after register closes'. From 9.00am children are marked 'U - late after register closes'. This is an unauthorised absence.
- 11:45 - 12:45 / 12:00 - 1:00pm - Lunch break Reception, KS1/KS2
- 3:15pm – School day ends.
Please ensure you are at school on time ready to collect your child for 3:15pm.
There are 32.5 hours in the school week from registration to home time.
