KS1 Trip to Rye Meads!
KS1 had a fantastic outdoor learning adventure at Rye Meads Reserve. In the morning they took on the role of plant detectives, searching for different trees and making some fantastic rubbings of leaves. In the afternoon they became bird watchers, learning how to use binoculars to look at a variety of water birds from the hide. They also explored the pond, using nets to catch tiny leeches and blood worms!
